According to the world largest travel site Tripadvisor.com, 4 famous tourist spots including Vietnam’s Hanoi capital, Ho Chi Minh city, Hoi An ancient town, and Ha Long bay were named in the top 25 Asia destinations for 2013 and received Tripadvisor traveler’s choice: Asia Destination Awards . Tripadvisor Vice President Robin Ingle said that Vietnam is attractive to a large number of visitors worldwide; its tourism has made an extraodinary effort. Of the Top 25 Destinations in Asia, Vietnan’s Hanoi capital ranks 14th, Ho Chi Minh City ranks 15th, Hoi An ancient town ranks 17th, and Ha Long bay in northern Quang Ninh city ranks 25th. Tripadvisor webpage said that the history- rich capital of Vietnam has well preserved its Old Quarter, monuments, and architecture alongside its modern buildings. Many ponds, parks, green tree- lined roads, and over 600 pagodas and churches have increased the city’s beauty. Tripadvisor described Ho Chi Minh City as Vietnam’s biggest city which symbolizes the national cultural and economic development; and Hoi An as “the city on the central Vietnamese coast is a well-preserved example of the important Southeast Asian trading port it was from the 15th-19th centuries”.Meanwhile Ha Long Bay is listed as a must-see place for its amazingly beautiful limestone islands and caves.

By such service, tourists do not need to walk on foot or hire a horse to travel around Love Valley as usual.

The investment on the pilot electric train with the capacity of 36 passengers and the speed of 20km/h costs 1 billion VND, the Da Lat Love Valley Tourism Joint-Stock Company said.

From now until the Lunar New Year 2013, the company will put 2 more pilot electric trains into operation to meet the increasingly huge demand of tourists on Tet holiday.

The Love Valley Tour by electric train will start off at the flower garden, move to an eco tourism site situated at the end of the valley and then travel to strawberry and lemon gardens.

Vietnam visa,Vietnam visa feeThe new circular No 190/2012/TT-BCT has just been launched in modification and amendment to the circular 66/2009/TT-BTC to adjust fees on passport, papers on entry, exit, transit, residence and visa granting.

According to the new circular by Ministry of Finance, the stamping fee on Vietnam visa single entry  for foreigners will increase 80% compared to the current, from $25 to $45.

Different amounts of stamping fee will be applied to Vietnam visa multiple entry with one month, less than six month and over six month validity.  Specifically, the new regulation charges $65, $95, $135 respectively for one month, less than six month and over six month visa.

Fees on the temporary residence card will rise to $80 for one year card, $100 for two years and $120 for three years.

People who wish to transfer their visa and temporary residence card validity from their old passport to the new one must pay $15 USD, raising the current price by $5.
